摘　　要：目的探讨经纤维支气管镜置放气管支架治疗气管狭窄合并呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析医院收治的气管狭窄合并呼吸道感染患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组15例、对照组15例。结果观察组血气分析结果和临床疗效均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时两组患者均无并发症发生。结论经纤维支气管镜置放气管支架治疗气管狭窄合并呼吸道感染的临床疗效明显,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE To approach the clinical effect of treating tracheal stenosis complicating respiratory infections with the placement of rami tracheales by bronchofibroscope.METHODS Clinical data of tracheal stenosis complicating respiratory infections were analyzed retrospectively,which was divided into detection group（15 cases） and control group（15 cases） based on the treatment.RESULTS The results of blood gas analysis and the clinical effect of detection group were higher than that of control group（P0.05）,and the difference was statistically significant.No complication was found in two groups.CONCLUSION The clinical effect of treating tracheal stenosis complicating respiratory infection with the placement of rami tracheales by bronchofibroscope is obviously with little complication,which is worthy of recommendation in the clinical application.
