摘  要:目的调查医院感染控制措施实施前后抗菌洗手液使用中的污染情况。方法采用细菌检验技术,在感染控制干预前后,分别进行现场采集使用中抗菌洗手液进行细菌定量检测与菌种鉴定。结果感染控制干预前290份使用中抗菌洗手液中,细菌总数≤200CFU/g占3.8%;细菌总数201~1000CFU/g占9.7%;细菌总数>1000CFU/g占13.1%,无菌生长为73.4%;铜绿假单胞菌检出率为10.3%,大肠埃希菌检出率为0.7%;干预前抗菌洗手液合格率为75.2%;干预后细菌总数≤200CFU/g仅占1.4%,无菌生长的占98.6%,抗菌洗手液合格率为100.0%。结论感染控制措施的有效实施,可有效防止抗菌洗手液的污染。OBJECTIVE To investigate the contamination of antibacterial soap after taking the interventions for the prevention and control bacterial contamination.METHODS Onthe sampling spot and bacterial examination was performed to identify and detect the strains of bacteria quantitatively before and after the intervention.RESULTS Before the intervention of the infection control,of the 290 samples,3.8% had total bacterial count less than 200 CFU/g;9.96% had bacterial count between 201 and 1000 CFU/g;11.3% had total count more than 1000 CFU/g;the rate without bacterial contamination was 73.4%.Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected in 10.3% of the samples and coli-group was detected in 0.69% of the samples.The sanitary qualification rate was 75.2%.After the intervention,1.4% had total bacterial count less than 200 CUF/g,and the rate without bacterial contamination was 98.6%.The sanitary qualification rate was 100.0%.CONCLUSION Effective infection control measures reduce bacterial contamination of antibacterial soap.
