摘　　要：目的探讨普通外科病房便器的消毒及管理方法。方法认真执行MELKO便器消毒机的操作程序,加强对护士感染知识培训和对患者及家属预防医院感染的健康教育。结果 MELKO便器消毒机能最大限度满足普通外科病房患者需求,使用方便、快捷、卫生、高效、外形美观,节省人力,减轻了护士的工作量,使人力资源得以更好地利用。结论对患者及家属进行预防医院感染知识的健康教育,取得其配合是保障便器消毒制度落实,有效控制医院感染的关键。OBJECTIVE To explore the disinfection and management methods of toilets in common surgical wards.METHODS The operating procedures of disinfection machine MELKO were implemented strictly,and training for the nurses and health education of preventing hospital infections for the patients and their family were strenghtened.RESULTS Disinfection machine MELKO could meet the requirements for patients in the common surgical wards.It was user friendly and efficient,which helped reduce the workload of the nurses.CONCLUSION Health education of preventing hospital infections for the patients and their family and their cooperation are the key to carry out the disinfection system and effectively control nosocomial infections.
