摘 要:目的:观察复方中药"天芪航力片"提取物对+10 Gz/3 min暴露后大鼠学习记忆功能和行为变化的影响。方法:24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组、+10 Gz/3 min组和药物组,每组8只。药物组采用灌胃法连续给药14 d后,给予+10 Gz/3 min的加速度暴露。再采用Y-型迷宫实验和旷场分析实验观察+Gz暴露后不同时间大鼠学习记忆能力和行为的变化。结果:Y-型迷宫实验结果显示,与对照组比较,+10 Gz/3 min组大鼠的正确反应次数显著降低(P<0.01),反应时间显著延长(P<0.01),且在暴露后的第6 d仍没有恢复到对照水平;而药物组大鼠在暴露后各时间点的正确反应次数和反应时间与对照组相比均无显著性差异,较+10 Gz/3 min组显著改善(P<0.01)。旷场分析实验结果显示,+10 Gz/3 min组中央格停留时间在暴露后即刻和2 d较对照组显著延长(P<0.05),而药物组无显著改变;+10 Gz/3 min组和药物组的总得分在暴露后即刻较对照组均显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:复方中药"天芪航力片"提取物对+10 Gz/3 min暴露后大鼠学习记忆障碍具有明显的防护作用,对暴露后即刻的行为改变也有一定的防护作用。Objective: To observe the protective effects of Fufang Tianqi tablet extraction on learning and memory abilities and behavior in rats exposed to +10 Gz/3 min.Methods: 24 male SD rats were randomly divided into control group,+10 Gz/3 min group and the drug group,8 rats in each group.The rats in drug group were administered with Fufang Tianqi intragastricly for 14 days before exposure to +10 Gz/3 min.Y-type Maze was used to evaluate the ability of learning and memory in rats.Wild-field-test was used to evaluate the changes of behaviors.Results: As shown in Y-type Maze test,compared with control group,the numbers of correct responses(NCR) decreased and the reaction time(RT) prolonged both significantly in +10 Gz/3 min group(P〈0.01),which still differed from the control level till the 6th day after +Gz exposure;while no obvious changes at each time point were observed in drug group.When compared with +10 Gz/3 min group,all these changes within the values of NCR and RT were significantly ameliorated in drug group(P〈0.01).In Wild-field-test,compared with control group,center retention time significantl,prolongedy immediately and 2 d after +Gz exposure in +10 Gz/3 min group(P〈0.05),the value of which exhibited no obvious change in drug group;while the values of total score both decreased significantly in these two groups(P〈0.01).Conclusion: Fufang Tianqi tablet extraction has significantly protective effects on +10 Gz-induced impairment of learning and memory function and the behavioral changes.
