摘　　要：我国作为制造业大国,促进商品出口对保持经济增长和社会发展十分重要。然而,我国出口在不断增长的同时,始终受到反倾销的困扰。出口企业采用低价位策略是遭受进口国一方反倾销的直接诱因;出口行业产业聚集度不高、缺乏约束出口行为的主体是各企业竞相压价的根本原因。在市场经济条件下,只有充分发挥行业协会的组织作用才能从根本上缓解国外的反倾销压力。As a super country in manufacture industry, promoting the export is important to maintain the devel- opment of the economy and society. However, with the growth of export, China is constantly troubled by anti-dumping cases. The direct cause is the low price offered by some export enterprises while the low concentration of export industry and the lack of restriction of export practice leads to the cut of prices. In the market economy, the pressure of anti-dumping can be released only by playing the full role of the industry association.
