摘　　要：微博时代的大学生网络思想政治教育面临新挑战,引发了学界的深刻反思。面对传统的大学生思想政治教育失"和"的困境,要以和合学为思维武器,着力促使大学生网络思想政治教育主体双方的心理磨合、"供求"的吻合,理论务虚与社会务实的结合,以和合文化构建大学生思想政治教育新模式。The on-line ideological and political education of college students at the age of micro blog faces a new challenge, which causes a feedback in the academe. The problem of ＂imbalance＂ in the traditional ideological and political education of college students should be solved with the help of He He thought, striving to prompt the communication of teachers and students, the coincidence of ＂students＇ need and teachers＇ supply＂, the integration of theory and social practice so as to construct new model of the ideological and political education of college students with He He culture.
