摘　　要：目的提高对庆大霉素的认识,加强安全用药意识。方法报道1例庆大霉素不良反应,并对此进行分析。结果庆大霉素可引起一过性血尿。结论重视药物不良反应,合理、安全用药。Objective To raise awareness ofgentamicin, so as to strengethen the awareness of drug safety. Methods One case of adverse drug reactions （ADR） of gentamicin was reported and analyzed.Results Gentamicin could induce transient hematuria.Conclusion We should pay attention to ADR and rational drug application.
