摘  要:微网的接入将传统的单电源辐射状配电网络变成1个遍布电源和负荷的多电源新型配电系统,含微网的配电系统可靠性评估的理论与方法都将发生巨大的变化。介绍了微网的运行方式,及它对配电系统的影响,将故障模式影响分析法(Failure Mode and Effect Analysis,FMEA)应用到有微网的配电系统可靠性评估中。用所提到的方法对RBTS-BUS6中F4馈线的可靠性进行评估,验证了微网可以有效地提高配电系统的可靠性。Micro-grid connected to the grid has changed the traditional distribution system with single power source and radial network into a new distribution system with several power sources,power sources and loads can be found everywhere.So the reliability of distribution system with micro-grid would change greatly from the theory to the method.This paper introduces the micro-grid operation modes and the impacts to distribution system reliability,then apply FMEA to evaluate the distribution system with microgrid. In the last part of the paper,the method is applied to evaluate feeder F4 in RBTS-BUS6 so as to prove the conclusion that the micro-grid can effectively improve the reliability of distribution system.
