2006～2010年泰安市手足口病流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解2006～2010年泰安市手足口病流行病学特征。方法应用描述流行病学方法对泰安市2006～2010年手足口病疫情资料进行分析。结果 2006～2010年泰安市累计报告手足口病19 213例,死亡4例,年均发病率为68.95/10万,死亡率为0.01/10万,病死率为0.02%;发病呈逐年上升趋势,其中2006年623例,发病率为11.29/10万;2010年8 337例,发病率为147.67/10万。手足口病每年5～8月发病较多,个别年份10～12月可再次发生流行,并可使次年手足口病流行提前;经济发达及沿交通干线分布的区域为手足口病的高发地区;手足口病发病以散居儿童为主,占全部报告病例的69.47%,1～2岁发病率最高,报告病例占全部报告病例的46.07%;2008和2009年以EV71为优势流行毒株,2010年以CA16为优势流行株。结论秋冬流行峰的出现预示来年手足口病流行将提前,EV71与CA16交替流行使手足口病疫情居高不下。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand,foot,and mouth disease（HFMD） in the City of Tai＇an from 2006 to 2010.Methods Descriptive methods were used to analyze the data on HFMD from 2006 to 2010 in Tai＇an.Results From 2006 to 2010,the City of Tai＇an had 19 213 cases of HFMD,with an annual average incidence of 68.95/100000,and 4 deaths,with an annual average mortality rate of 0.01/100000.The mortality rate was 0.02%.The incidence rate gradually increased each year from 2006（623 cases） to 2010（8337 cases,with a peak incidence of 147.67/100000）.Most cases occurred from May to August each year.In different years,HFMD cases increased from October to December,potentially resulting in an outbreak the following year.Economically developed areas and regions distributed along main roads had a high prevalence of HFMD.HFMD mostly affected children living apart from their parents,who accounted for 69.47% of patients.Prevalence was highest among children ages 1-2,who accounted for 46.07% of patients.Laboratory results showed that EV71 was the predominant virus in 2008 and 2009 while CA16 was predominant in 2010.Conclusion Peaks in autumn-winter outbreaks foreshadow an outbreak of HFMD in the coming year.EV71 and CA16 alternatively predominate,so HFMD remains prevalent.
