双价肾综合征出血热纯化疫苗免疫效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察双价肾综合征出血热(HFRS)纯化疫苗的免疫效果。方法按0、14d2针基础免疫和6个月后1针加强免疫的程序对适龄人群接种双价HFRS纯化疫苗,采用队列研究方法,对接种组和对照组连续观察3年并进行比较分析。结果 3年观察期内疫苗接种组HFRS发病密度为0,对照组发病密度为6.51/10万,差异有统计学意义(χ2=21.77,P<0.01),疫苗接种3年内保护率达100%。结论双价HFRS纯化疫苗按照0、14d2针基础免疫和6个月后1针加强免疫程序接种,免疫效果良好。Objective To investigate and study the effectiveness of a purified bivalent inactivated HFRS vaccine.Methods The Purified Bivalent HFRS Vaccine was used to inoculate people（16-60 years of age） on d0 and d14 to provide basic immunity and a booster immunization was provided after 6 months.Subjects were assigned to a control group or vaccinated group,and a cohort study was conducted for 3 years to compare the groups.Results During the period studied,the incidence of HFRS in the control group was zero,and the incidence in the vaccinated group was 6.51/100000;the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=21.77,P〈0.01）.The vaccine protection rate surpassed 100% in the 3 years studied.Conclusion Vaccination with the Purified Bivalent HFRS Vaccine on d0 and d14 to provide basic immunity and a booster immunization provided after 6 months was effective.
