亚健康状态大学生中药干预前后面色图像分析

摘　　要：目的:观察亚健康状态中药干预前后面色图像指标变化,为亚健康状态分类与评价提供依据。方法:辨证筛选大学生亚健康状态气虚型、血虚型、阴虚型、气郁型,各20例,分别予以四君子汤、四物汤、六味地黄汤、柴胡疏肝散干预2周。检测中药干预前后面色图像指标变化。结果:中药干预后,气虚型亚健康状态学生额头、右颊、左颊、鼻头、下颌各部LI、值明显升高(P<0.05),b、H值明显降低(P<0.05);血虚型面色各指标无统计学意义(P>0.05);阴虚型下颌部b值明显降低(P<0.05);气郁型额头S值、鼻头和下颌的a、S值明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:面色图像指标可一定程度地反映亚健康状态的变化,适用于亚健康的辨证和疗效评价。Objective： To observe the changes of digital facial complexion in college students with sub-health state intervened by herbal prescriptions,in an attempt to provide evidences for subhealth classification and evaluation.Methods： A total of 80 sub-health college students were randomly divided into qi-deficiency group,blood-deficiency group,yin-deficiency group and qi-depression group（20 cases in each group）,and were respectively given ＂Sijunzi Decoction＂,＂Siwu Decoction＂,＂Liuwei Dihuang Decoction＂ and ＂Chaihu Shugan Decoction＂ for two weeks.The facial complexion was digitally detected before and after herbal intervention.Results： After herbal intervention,in qi-deficiency group,the I and L values of forehead,cheeks,nose and mandible were signficantly increased（P0.05）,and the H and b values of forehead,cheeks,nose and mandible were signficantly decreased（P0.05）;in blood-deficiency group,the digital values changed little（P0.05）;in yin-deficiency group,the b value of mandible was signficantly lowered（P0.05）;in qi-depression group,the S vaule of forehead,and the a and S values of the nose and mandible were signficantly elevated（P0.05）.Conclusion： Digital facial complexion can reflect sub-health state to some degrees,and is thus feasible to pattern identification and evaluation of sub-health state.
