摘　　要：目的:通过研究儿童过敏性紫癜的临床表现及其患儿与家长的心理变化,以达到增强对其病的护理工作。方法:对153例患儿分别进行年龄及发病特点的统计,再根据其常见的临床表现提出来自己的护理体会。结果:对153例患儿的对症护理以及对患儿及其家长的心理护理,使医疗及护理工作收效显著。结论:重视并提高对过敏性紫癜患儿及家长的生理及其心理的护理工作,对患儿早日康复有显著性意义。objective：through the study of children＇s allergic purport of the clinical manifestations and parents and children with psychological changes to achieve the enhancement,the disease nursing work.Methods 153 cases were age and clinical characteristic,again according to the statistics of the common clinical performance put forward to their nursing experience.Results 153 cases to the symptomatic of the child and its parents care and psychological care,medical and nursing work significant effectiveness.Conclusion value and improve the parents and children allergic purpura the physiological and psychological nursing work,the children recover soon significant.
