摘　　要：临时起搏器植入术是临床抢救严重缓慢性心率失常的常用抢救措施,科学合理地做好患者的围手术期护理,可有效提高临时起搏器植入速度,防止植入后并发症,保证病人安全,并为进一步的治疗赢取时间。Objective To investigate the effects of Xuebijing in the elderly pulmonary infection.Methods 49 patients were randomly divided into two groups： A group,26 patients treated with routine treatment and intravenous drip of Xuebijing and B group,23 patients treated with routine treatment,course of treatment is 7 days.Results The total effective rate in A group（92.3%） is better than B group（65.2%）,P0.05.Conclusion The curative effect of Xuebijing for the elderly pulmonary infection patients is very good.
