摘  要:目的:测定山药中5种有害元素含量,探索硫熏对山药中5种元素的含量是否有影响。方法:根据《中国药典》2010年版(一部)附录重金属检查法中有关铅、镉、砷、汞、铜的含量测定法进行试验。结果:自制山药5种有害元素均符合规定,市售怀山药与山东、广西硫熏山药的镉与砷的含量均不符合规定,铅的含量也明显高于自制山药。结论:硫熏可使山药中镉、砷、铅含量升高。OBJECTIVE: To detect the 5 harmful elements content from Dioscorea opposita and to confer the effect of the 5 harmful elements content by the sulful fumigated method.METHODS: The content of Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu was conducted in accordance with the Appendix on determination of heavy metal contents in Chinese Pharmacopoeia(Volume Ⅰof 2010 edition).RESULTS : The 5 harmful elements content in Homemade Dioscorea opposita was conform to regulations.but the content of Cd,As in Huai Dioscorea opposita,Shan'dong and Guang'xi Dioscorea opposita wasn't conform to regulations;the content of Pb was significantly higher than Homemade Dioscorea opposita.CONCLUSION: Sulfur fumigation can elevate the content of Cd,As,Pb in Dioscorea opposita.
