棉针织物低温练漂工艺与性能评价

摘　　要：采用生物酶低温漂白一浴助剂和传统碱,比较了棉针织物经低温练漂与传统练漂两种前处理工艺的织物性能指标、环境效益和能耗效益。结果表明:低温练漂工艺可去除棉针织物上的棉纤维杂质,有效提高针织物白度和毛细效应,降低废水处理成本,节约能源。Treatment results including physical index and environmental benefits as well as economic benefit of cotton knitted fabrics treated with low temperature scouring and bleaching process were compared with traditional process. The results showed that, low＇ temperature scouring and bleaching process removed the rate of cotton-shell and improved whiteness and the capillary effect of the knitted fabric, decreased the cost of waste water treatment and saved the sources of energy.
