摘 要:研究了等离子体技术在全棉帆布退浆处理中的应用效果,相比于传统的退浆处理效果,发现织物经过等离子体预处理后,退浆工艺条件明显变得柔和,可减少NaOH等退浆化学药剂的用量,退浆汽蒸时间较传统工艺缩短了1/3,经成本核算,等离子体温和湿处理退浆工艺比传统退浆工艺成本低,而生产效率高、环境污染小。The application effect of the plasma technology in cotton canvas desizing processing was researched, com- pared with conventional methods of desizing processing effects, and found that the fabric was pretreated with plasma, the desizing process conditions were became soft obvious, the desizing chemicals of NaOH was reduced, the time of the desizing steam was shorten 1/3 such as the traditional process. After cost account- ing, plasma temperature and wet process desizing process than traditional desizing process cost low, and high production efficiency, pollution to environment was small.
