摘  要:传统的纺粘非织造布多由聚丙烯制成,由于卫生材料严峻的市场竞争使非织造布制造商正遭受着严重的利润侵蚀,因此一些厂商开始寻求其他可替代聚丙烯的聚合物,如PET,生产新型高利润的应用产品。PET材料可纺速度高,对温度敏感,需要更高速的纺粘纺丝系统。欧瑞康纽马格由此研发了特制的纺粘纺丝技术来满足PET纺粘生产的要求。Traditionally, most spunbond nonwovens have been produced from polypropylene. Due to severe competitive pressures in the hygiene market, the nonwovens producers have experienced severe margin erosion. Increasing polypropylene cost due to rising oil prices has further compounded this pressure. Several of the nonwovens manufacturers have started looking for newer high margin applications for nonwovens made from alternative polymers like polyester. PET polymers are very spin speed and temperature sensitive requiring higher speed spunbond spinning systems. Oerlikon Neumag has developed a specific spunbond spinning technology that can meet these polymer requirements.
