摘　　要：以涤纶超细海岛型纤维和毛涤纱线为原料,采用绉组织和织物中加入高收缩涤纶丝的方法形成具有一定高度的仿乳突效果,研制出仿荷叶织物。对该织物进行拒水拒油及耐洗性整理,探讨整理剂和配套耐洗加强剂浓度、焙烘温度和时间对整理效果的影响,在此基础上得到优化工艺参数。In this paper, superfine polyester fibers and wool yarn were used as raw material. Crepe tissue and high shrinkage polyester filament, added in fabric, were used to form a certain degree of imitation mastoid effect and imitation lotus leaf fabric was developed accordingly. Then, the fabric was prepared and finished for water and oil repellence and washability. Furthermore, the influence of the concentration of the finishing agent, curing temperature and time on the finish effect was discussed. Finally, the process parameters optimized were obtained.
