大鼠静脉移植模型建立的手术技巧浅析

摘　　要：目的：探讨大鼠自体静脉移植模型建立的手术技巧及常见并发症的预防和处理。方法：采用两点定位间断全层外翻吻合法,对60只大鼠行右侧颈外静脉分支与同侧颈总动脉端端吻合。结果：手术成功47只,成功率为78.3%（47/60）。解剖分离颈静脉和颈动脉时间为20~40 min,平均为25 min;切取修剪静脉桥时间为5~15 min,平均为7 min;血管吻合时间为1~2.5 h,平均为1.5 h。结论：通过提高手术技巧,可以提高大鼠自体移植静脉成功率。Objective：To investigate operative techniques,treatment and precaution of common complications of rats vein grafts model.Methods：By using the ways of two fixed-point intermittent full-thickness valgus anastomosis,60 rats′ right external jugula vein stump are coincided with ipsilateral common carotid artery.Results：Successful operation 47,the success rate was 78.3%（47/60）.Operation time：dissecting the jugular vein and carotid artery time 20~ 40min,an average of 25min;cut pruning time for vein grafts 5 ~15min,an average of 7min;vascular anastomosis time was 1~2.5 h,an average of 1.5h.Conclusion：By improving surgical techniques,we can reduce complications and achieve the desired modeling effect.
