摘　　要：本文从商务环境、人才竞争力、开放程度竞争力、基础设施竞争力、环境竞争力、区位竞争力六个方面构建包括42个指标的区域投资环境评价指标体系，通过对2006年长江三角洲地区12个地级以上城市的指标体系数据进行了主成分分析，最后得出各城市投资环境竞争力得分和排序。The paper constructs the region＇s investment environment evaluation index system including the 42 indicators from the six areas, such as business environment, the competitiveness of human resources, the openness competitiveness, the infrastructure competitiveness, environmental competitiveness, regional competitiveness, and carries out the principal component analysis to data of index system that pertain 12 cities on the Yangtze River Deha region in 2006. The paper comes to the every city＇s investment environment competitiveness ranking points.
