摘　　要：对中国少数民族电影的现代性问题的阐释,是面向新世纪探讨中国少数民族电影的存在空间与发展路径的一种必要方式。其研究进路可从三个层面展开:基于中国现代性(国族意义)的少数民族电影;基于少数民族(族群)现代性的少数民族电影;基于电影现代性的少数民族电影。少数民族文化身份的呈现是少数民族电影的独特价值。少数民族电影的创作与研究应当以建构性的眼光取代文化本质主义思维,将少数民族传统文化置于现代社会转型的语境中思考,同时努力在与其他族群的对话中完成文化身份的建构。The interpretation of modern Chinese minority film is a necessary way to explore the existence of space and development path of China ＇s ethnic minority film for the new century.Its research can be explored at three levels： the movies based on Chinese modernity the（National significance） of the minority;movies based on minorities（ethnic）;minority films based on the movie modernity.The presentation of minority cultural identity is the unique value of the minority film.Creation and research of ethnic minority films should be based on constructive vision instead of cultural essentialism thinking.Thinking about the traditional culture of ethnic minorities in the context of modern social transformation,trying to complete the construction of cultural identity in dialogue with other ethnic groups are essential.
