摘  要:用水合肼/双氧水/硫酸铜催化体系对丁苯橡胶(SBR)胶乳加氢,可制备氢化丁苯橡胶(HSBR)。比较碘量法与IR法、1H-NMR法测定SBR不饱和度及HSBR氢化度的优劣,得到了以四氯化碳为溶剂,反应时间为1.5h,温度为45℃的碘量法可以较好的测定HSBR氢化度;并用溶度参数相近规则选择和解释试用溶剂。Hydrogenated styrene-butadiene rubber(HSBR)was prepared by hydrogenating styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR) latex with hydrazine hydrate-hydrogen peroxide-copper sulfate catalytic system.Iodometry was compared with IR, 1H-NMR in determining unsaturation degree of SBR and hydrogenation degree of HSBR.The results showed that the hydrogenation degree of HSBR could be accurately determined when iodometry method was under conditions of using carbon tetrachloride as solvent,reaction time of 1.5 h,reaction temperature at 45 ℃.The solvent chosen in the iodometry method was explained by the “like dissolves like”and solubility parameter.
