含硅三烃基锡二茂铁羧酸酯的合成及生物活性

摘　　要：合成了１４ 种含硅三烃基锡二茂铁羧酸酯， 通过元素分析、ＩＲ， １Ｈ ＮＭＲ 表征了这些化合物的结构； 化合物的生物活性实验表明， 硅原子上取代基较小的化合物具有较好的生物活性。Fourteen trialkyltin (IV) ferrocene carboxylates containing silicon were synthesized and characterized by IR, 1HNMR and elementary analyses. Results of bioassay showed that the biological activity was mainly depended on the trialkyltin group, and the compounds containing small group on the Si exhibited better biological activity,specially excellent acaricical activity.
