摘 要:夹杂缺陷对铸件产生严重破坏作用.在浇注过程中,横浇道具有一定捕获夹杂物的功能,即集渣作用.为了探索横浇道的集渣作用,以含碳量为0.45!的碳钢为例,利用FLOW-3D模拟软件研究了横浇道的形式、浇注系统的类型、集渣包等对集渣效果的影响.仿真结果表明:横浇道充满可以明显提高集渣效率;横浇道横截面的变化及弯曲不利于提高集渣效果;横浇道上设置集渣包有利于提高集渣效率.Inclusions are harmful to the castings, and a transverse runner is usually designed in the casting mold to collect the inclusions during pouring. Taking the 0. 45 %carbon steel as a study case and utilizing the FLOW-3D simulation soft- ware, this study simulated the effects of the transverse runner configuration, type of the pouring system, and the design of the scum riser on the drag-collecting efficiency. It was shown that the transverse runner could significantly improve the drag-collection efficiency. Particularly, a curved runner, or a runner with varying cross-section, could deteriorate the effi- ciency, while the scum risers in the runner could facilitate the drag-collection.
