摘　　要：回顾中医辨治再生障碍性贫血的发展过程,认为中西医结合促进了中医药治疗再障的规范化发展,进而对中药作用机制和辨证分型客观化也有了较为深入的认识,但也存在某些不足。提出在诊疗实践中应该积极寻找与西医的互补点,从而实现和西医的"错位发展";临床试验研究要贴近临床实践,创新研究思路,逐步阐明中医治疗再障的关键环节;要及时利用现有的研究成果丰富中医学理论,完善中医微观辨证分型,制定一个阶段性的"临床共识"来指导下一步的临床实践。This paper reviews the development of differentiation and treatment for aplastic anemia in Chinese medicine. Combination of Chinese and western medicine promoted the ＇standard development of differentiation and treatment for aplastic anemia. It studied the mechanism of Chinese medicine and objective syndrome differentiation. This paper proposed that complement of Chinese and western medicine should be found in practice to realize the ＂complementary development＂ ; experimental study should be close to the clinical practice, innovation research should be created to explain the key points for treating aplastic anemia with Chinese medicine; the research achievements can be used to enrich the differentiation of aplastic anemia in microscopic view, and an interim ＂clinical common view＂ can be the guide for clinical practice at next stage.
