三七花对高血压患者血压及血浆t-PA、PAI、vWF的影响

摘　　要：目的观察三七花对轻度高血压患者血压及血栓前状态的影响。方法将88例Ⅰ级原发性高血压患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组44例。治疗组给予三七花水煎液口服,对照组予苯磺酸氨氯地平片,连续治疗8周,观察两组患者治疗前后的血压、中医证候积分及血浆t-PA、PAI、vWF水平的变化。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组收缩压、舒张压、中医证候积分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),治疗组治疗前后血浆t-PA、PAI和vWF水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组间治疗后比较,收缩压、舒张压、中医证候积分及PAI、vWF水平差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论三七花对Ⅰ级原发性高血压病患者有降低血压、缓解临床症状、改善血栓前状态的作用。Objective Td investigate the Flos Notoginseng＇s antihypertensive effect and its influence on plasma t-PA, PAI and vWF. Methods Eighty-eight cases were randomized into two groups ： treatment group and control group. Forty-four cases in treatment group were administered with ＂Sanqihua Liquid＂ and 44 cases in control group were treated with amlodipine besylate tablets, with a course of 8 weeks. The blood pressure, clinical symptom score and changes of t-PA, pAl and vWF were observed before and after treatment. Results There were significant difference in systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and symptom score between before and ＇after treatment （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. The level of blood plasma t-PA, PAl and vWF were significant different in treatment group between before and after treatment（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, symptom score and levels of PAl and vWF were significant different between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Flos Notoginseng can lower the blood pressure, relieve clinical symptoms and improve the prethrombotic state in hypertension.
