血清C反应蛋白、白细胞介素-18与代谢综合征的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨血清C反应蛋白(C-RP)、白细胞介素-18(IL-18)与代谢综合征(MS)的关系。方法通过检测128例MS患者(MS组)和130例非MS患者(CG组)的血清C-RP、IL-18、血脂、体重指数(BMI)、胰岛素抵抗指数等指标,比较两组患者血清C-RP、IL-18的差异。结果 MS组DBP、SBP、WHR、BMI、WC、FPG、Fins、2hPG、TG、HOMA-IR、IL-18、C-RP水平均高于CG组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),MS组HDL-C水平低于CG组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。回归分析结果示:血清C-RP、IL-18均为MS的独立影响因素。结论 C-RP、IL-18参与的慢性炎症反应可能是MS的病因之一。Objective To investigate the relation of metabolic syndrome(MS) and c-reactive Protein(C-RP),interleukin 18(IL-18).Methods To detect the level of C-RP,IL-18 among 128 subjects with MS and 130 subjects without MS.To compare the difference of C-RP and IL-18 between two groups and analyze the relationship with insulin resistance.Results DBP,SBP,WHR,BMI,WC,FPG,Fins,2hPG,TG,HOMA-IR,IL-18 and C-RP of MS group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Analytic result of regression analysis was that C-RP,IL-18 were independent influential factor for IR.Conclusion Our study shows that IL-18 and C-RP of MS were higher than subjects without MS.The C-RP,IL-18 were independent influential factors for MS.
