摘  要:目的探讨低强度脉冲超声波对SD围绝经期大鼠卵巢功能的影响。方法选择自然老化的SD围绝经期大鼠40只,随机分为假照组和超声波组。假照组不予以治疗。超声波组采用声强0.8W/cm^2,频率1.02 MHz的超声波对大鼠右侧卵巢进行辐照,根据辐照时间不同,分为10 min组、20 min组和30 min组,依次予以每天10、20、30 min辐照,共10 d。于辐照10 d后取材,采用化学发光法测定血清E_2,计算卵巢系数,HE染色观察各级卵泡发育情况和卵泡总数变化。结果与假照组相比,10 min组、20 min组和30 min组的E_2水平升高,30 min组的窦状卵泡数及卵泡总数增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。10min组、20 min组和30 min组的卵巢系数与假照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),低强度超声辐照对卵巢质量没有影响。结论低强度脉冲超声具有促进SD围绝经期大鼠卵泡发育的作用。Objective To explore the effect of low intensity pulsed ultrasound stimulationon ovarian function of perimenopause rats. Methods 40 female SD rats during perimenopausal period were selected by unforced aging. They were randomly divided into a sham-irradiation group, a 10 min group, a 20 min group and a 30 rain group. The sham- irradiation group was not given any treatment. The 10 min group, 20 min group and 30 min group were respectively given 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes by the ultrasound daily, with an intensity of 0.8 W/cm2 and a frequency of 1.02 MHz. and once per day, ten days in all. All the rats were sacrificed on the llth day. E2 was measured by chemi- luminescence-immunoassay, ovaries were weighed to calculate their coefficients and ovarian morphology were ob- served. Results There was a significant increase of ultrasound groups and 30 min group ,ultrasound groups enhanced serum E2 of perimenopausal rats and 30 min group improved perimenopausal rats secondary follicular quantity and total follicular quantity(P〈0.05). Compared to sham-irradiation group, Coefficients of ovaries in rats by low intensity Pulsed ultrasound of ultrasound groups was not significant(P〉0.05). Conclusions Low intensity pulsed ultrasound can promote ovarian follicular development of perimenopausal rats.
