摘  要:目的探讨畲族自然人群血管解剖结构和僵硬度随年龄增加的变化趋势。方法畲族自然人群中433例受试者,分成6个年龄组,应用QIMT(quality intima-media thickness)技术测量颈总动脉内-中膜厚度(CIMT)和内径(DD);采用颈-股动脉脉搏波速度(CFPWV)和心踝指数(CAVI)分析血管的解剖结构和僵硬度随年龄变化。随机选取20例,进行重复检验。结果随年龄增加,颈动脉CIMT增厚,DD内径增宽,趋势检验P<0.001;双侧颈动脉变化不同步,左侧较右侧早10年;血管硬化在35岁后变化显著(P<0.05)。结论年龄是影响血管硬化的重要因素,QIMT技术可较准确分析颈动脉管径和CIMT变化。Objective To analyzed the development trend of anatomical structure and stiffness in blood vessel with age. Methods National She people, 433 subjects were divided into 6 groups based on age. The common carotid artery intima-media thickness (CIMT) and inside diameter (DD) were measured by Quality Intima-Media Thickness (QIMT)~ in addition, carotid-femoral pulse wave velocity (CFPWV) and cardiac - ankle index (CAIV) were meas- ured. Further, the development of anatomical structure and stiffness in blood vessel with age was analyzed. Twenty subjects chosen randomly were examination again to accept reproducibility test. Results The DD was widened and the CIMT increased with the rise of age (P^0. 001). Bilateral CIMT and DD changed in different age group. The left side was earlier than right side 10 years. Vascular sclerosis was remarkable changed after 35 years old. Conclusions Age was one of the important factors which could influent the vascular sclerosis. CIMT and DD could be evaluated accu- rately by QIMT.
