摘 要:应用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR) 、差示扫描量热法( DSC) 、热重分析(TG) 和偏光显微镜(PM) 等方法,研究了聚ε己内酯的化学组成、聚集态结构和热性能。同时考察了成核剂对聚ε己内酯的结晶形态和结晶行为的影响。实验结果表明,在聚ε己内酯中加入苯甲酸钠作为成核剂,有效地加速了聚ε己内酯的结晶过程。作为其结果,明显地破坏了其球晶的完整性,并使其结晶微细化。另一方面,加入成核剂在一定程度上降低了聚ε己内酯的流动速率。s The composition,aggregational structure and thermal behavior of a commercial poly ε caprolactone were investigated by FTIR,DSC,TGA and PM,and the effect of nucleating agent on the crystallization behavior and crystalline morphology of poly ε caprolactone was discussed.The results showed when sodium benzoate was used as nucleating agent,the crystallization process was speed-up and started at a higher temperature.The big spherocrystal was destroyed,and instead,some smaller crystalline was formed.On the other hand,the flow rate of the poly ε caprolactone was decreased to a certain extent at the same time when the nucleating agent was added.
