摘  要:双卧轴混凝土搅拌主机缸体在焊接过程中产生较大的变形,很难保证端板的平面度,在使用过程中容易产生砂石卡阻,致使搅拌负荷加大。本文通过分析缸体的结构特点及焊接变形原因,优化焊接工艺及采取有效焊接变形控制措施来进行缸体的焊接。实践证明:缸体的焊接变形得到了有效控制,端板的平面度控制在1.5 mm之内,满足了混凝土搅拌主机的使用要求。There was relatively large welding deformation during welding of double-berth shaft concrete mixer cylinder block,and the flatness of end plate was hard to control.It would easily lead sand and stone blocked during the mixer being using,and would result in the load of mixer increasing.Therefore,the structure of cylinder block and the reason of welding deformation was analyzed in the paper.The welding process of cylinder block was optimized,meanwhile,the technology of welding deformation controlling was used during welding of cylinder block.The results showed that the welding deformation of cylinder block was controlled effectively,the flatness of end plate was controlled within 1.5 mm,and the request of concrete mixer was completely met.
