摘　　要：证券市场在发展的同时也会伴随着较大的风险,对证券市场进行有效的监管具有重要的意义。文章通过分析以美国、英国、日本为代表的域外典型的证券市场监管模式,对我国证券市场监管的现状与存在问题进行梳理,提出了如何学习域外先进证券监管模式完善我国证券市场监管体制的几点建议。In the developmeat of the securities market, it will also be accompanied by greater risk, and securities market and effective regulation has important significance. This aedde analyzes the typical securities market d foreign mode, such as American, England and Japan. Through the analysis of the present situation and existing problems, put forward some suggestions d how to learn foreign advanced securities regulatory model to improvement of China＇s securities market supenrision system.
