两种足背动脉穿刺置管法成功率的对比观察

摘　　要：目的通过比较两种足背动脉穿刺置管方法的优缺点,寻求一种更为合理的足背动脉穿刺方法。方法 80例拟直接监测足背动脉压的患者随机分成A、B两组,各40例。A组为直接动脉穿刺置管法;B组为透壁足背动脉穿刺置管法。分别记录1次,2次以上试穿置管成功及失败例数,拔管前后穿刺部位情况。结果 A组成功率高于B组,拔管后A组止血时间比B组短,并发症比B组少。结论足背动脉穿刺置管,直接法优于透壁法。临床操作时最好选择直接足背动脉穿刺置管。Objective To find a better way of dorsal artery catheterization by comparing the two methods of direct arterial puncture catheterization and transmural dorsal artery puncture catheterization.Methods 80 patients undering dorsal artery catheterization were randomly allocated to two groups（Group A and Group B）,each group involved 40 patients.Group A adopted the method of direct arterial puncture for catheterization and Group B adopted the method of transmural dorsal artery puncture for catheterization.The number of cases succeed in cathetering for one time,two or more times,failure in cathetering in each group were recorded,and the time of stop bleeding after extubation were also recorded.Results There is a more success rate of catheterization in Group A than in Group B,Group A had a shorter time of stop bleeding than Group B did,there is also fewer complications in Group A than in Group B.Conclusion The method of direct arterial puncture catheterization is better than of transmural dorsal artery puncture catheterization,direct arterial puncture catheterization is the best choice when needing dorsal artery catheterization in clinic.
