水晶丹外敷联合TDP照射治疗化疗性静脉炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨水晶丹外敷联合TDP磁疗仪照射治疗化疗性静脉炎的疗效。方法将124例化疗性静脉炎患者随机分为治疗组64例和对照组60例。治疗组在出现化疗性静脉炎后局部使用水晶丹外敷并联合TDP磁疗仪照射;对照组使用50%硫酸镁湿敷。结果治疗组治愈化疗性静脉炎的平均时间短于对照组,且治愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论水晶丹外敷联合TDP照射治疗化疗性静脉炎,可缩短治愈时间,提高治愈率,有较好的临床效果,值得临床推广使用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuijingdan and TDP radiation on patients with chemotherapy-induced phlebitis.Methods 124 patients with chemotherapy-induced phlebitis were random divided into two groups.Patients in study group were treated with Shuijingdan and TDP lamp irradiation,the control group with 50% magnesium sulfate solution.Results The average curative time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,while the curative effect of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Using Shuijingdan and TDP radiation treating phlebitis caused by chemotherapy can shorten the curative time and enhance the curative ratio,which shows that Shuijingdan and TDP radiation has a extensiv eclinical application.
