特应性皮炎患者血清中IL-10I、gE水平变化及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:观察特应性皮炎患者血清中IL-10I、gE水平变化及其临床意义。方法:采用ELISA方法检测28例AD患者和22例对照者血清中IL-10I、gE水平,采用湿疹面积及严重度指数(EASI)评估患者病情,分析IL-10I、gE水平与EASI评分相关性。结果:AD患者组血清中IL-10I、gE水平明显高于对照组(t=2.32,P<0.05;4.30,P<0.01),且两者之间及其与EASI评分呈正相关(r=0.56,P=0.002;r=0.61,P=0.001;r=0.40,P=0.036)。结论:IL-10及IgE高表达与AD发病有关,两者可作为判断AD病情严重程度的指标之一。Objective：To investigate the relationship between the expression of interleukin 10（IL-10）,immunoglobulin E（IgE） and eczema area and severity index（EASI） in patients with atopic dermatitis（AD）. Methods：Twenty-eight adult patients with AD and 22 normal controls were sequentially enrolled in this study.The serum level of IgE and IL-10 was measured by ELISA.The patients＇ conditions were measured by EASI.The correlations among serum level of IgE,IL-10 and EASI were analyzed. Results：Serum level of IL-10 and IgE in AD patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls（t=2.32,P0.05;t=4.30,P0.01）.Significant positive correlation in AD were found between serum level of IL-10 and EASI scores,serum lever IgE and EASI scores,expression of IL-10 and IgE,respectively（r=0.61,P=0.001;r=0.40,P=0.036;r=0.56,P=0.002）. Conclusion：The data suggests that IL-10 and IgE may play an important role in AD,and they can be sensitive parameters for disease severity assessment.
