摘  要:目的:观察梅毒血清固定患者外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞和IL-17的表达及意义。方法:采用三色流式细胞术及免疫酶联吸附法测定18例梅毒血清固定患者和18例对照者外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞和IL-17的表达水平。结果:梅毒血清固定患者外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的含量明显高于对照组(t=6.29,P<0.01);IL-17的含量与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(t=-1.68,P=0.102)。结论:CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞表达水平增高造成的免疫抑制可能与梅毒血清固定有关;IL-17的表达水平可能与梅毒血清固定无关。Objective:To observate the expression and significance of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells and interleukin-17(IL-17) in patients with sero-resistance of syphilis. Methods:CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells and IL-17 in peripheral blood of 18 patients with sero-resistance of syphilis and 18 normal controls were examined by flow cytometry and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results:The content of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells was higher in patients with sero-resistance of syphilis than that in normal controls(t=6.29,P0.01),but the serum level of IL-17 were similar for the two groups of subjects(t=-1.68,P=0.102). Conclusion:The data suggests an important role of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in the pathogenesis of sero-resistance of syphilis.
