摘　　要：目的:探讨凋亡抑制蛋白Livin和PCNA在尖锐湿疣组织中的表达和意义。方法:采用免疫组化SP法分别检测Livin和PCNA蛋白在48例尖锐湿疣组织和10例正常上皮组织中的表达。结果:尖锐湿疣组织中Livin和PCNA蛋白阳性表达率分别为81.25%、89.58%,对照组Livin和PCNA蛋白阳性表达率分别为30.00%、40.00%;尖锐湿疣组织中Livin和PCNA蛋白阳性表达强度多为(++)～(+++),对照组多在(-)～(++)。两组Livin和PCNA阳性表达率及表达强度差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尖锐湿疣组织中Livin和PCNA表达有相关性(r=0.37,P<0.01)。结论:尖锐湿疣组织中存在Livin和PCNA高表达,Livin和PCNA的高表达可能对尖锐湿疣的发生发展有一定作用。Objective：To explore the expression and significance of Livin and PCNA protein in keratinocytes of condyloma acuminatum（CA）.Methods：The expressions of Livin and PCNA were analyzed by immunocytochemical stainwithstreptavidin pemxidase（SP） in tissue specimens from the lesions of 48 patients with CA and foreskin of 10 normal human controls. Results：The detection rates of Livin and PCNA were 81.25%、89.58% in CA lesions,respectively,compared to 30.00%,40.00% in the controls,respectively;The expressions of Livin and PCNA varied from positive（＋＋） to strongly positive（＋＋＋） in CA lesions,and from negative（-） to positive（＋＋） in the controls（both P0.05）,which were statistically different respectively.There was significant correlation between the expression of Livin and PCNA in CA lesions（r=0.373,P0.01）. Conclusion：There is an overexpression of Livin and PCNA in CA tissue.which may be involved in the occurrence and development of CA.
