摘　　要：目的开发适合中国哮喘患者的支气管哮喘生命质量测定量表。方法采用议题小组和核心小组程序化决策方式,通过定性访谈和定量调查分析相结合方法对条目进行初步筛选、修改以形成初步量表,变异系数法、相关系数法、因子分析法对结果进行分析。结果以上3种方法相结合筛选得出包含13个条目的特异模块。结论本量表由相关专业人员参与选题和讨论,所提出的条目池反映了WHO生命质量的内涵及哮喘患者的特异问题,并按照程式化的方式反复筛选,因此可以认为具有良好的内容效度。Objective To develop a Chinese version scale of quality of life（QOL） instrument which can be used to appraise the quality of life for patients with bronchial asthma. Methods A programmed decision way of nominal group and focus group was taken,through combined method of qualitative interview and quantitative investigation,to preliminarily screen and modify the items in developing the primary scale.And then the data were analyzed by methods of variation coefficient,correlation coefficient,and factor analysis. Results By the above statistical procedures a specific module of 13-items was formed. Conclusion The items pool was nominated and evaluated by specialized persons who are strongly related with QOL study,reflecting the definition of the health and QOL proposed by WHO and specific problems in bronchial asthma.So the Quality of Life Instruments for Chronic Diseases-Bronchial Asthma（QLICD-BA） is of considerable content validity.
