摘 要:目的考评亚健康评定量表第1版(sub-health measurement scale version1.0,简称SHMS V1.0)应用于评价新疆公务员亚健康状况的信度和效度。方法应用SHMS V1.0对2 697名新疆公务员的亚健康状况进行现场测试。结果 SHMS V1.0的重测信度为0.71(P<0.001),内部一致性信度为0.93,Spearman-Brown分半信度为0.84。在结构效度的评价中,条目与对应维度间的相关性较高;因子分析所产生的8个公因子可解释总变异的64.37%,并在相应维度上有较强的因子负荷,与量表的理论构想基本一致。SHMS V1.0总分与健康测量量表(SF-36)总分的Spearman相关系数为0.75(P<0.001)。结论 SHMS V1.0具有较好的信度和效度,适用于评价新疆公务员人群的亚健康状况。Objective To examine the reliability and validity of Sub-Health Measurement Scale Version 1.0(SHMS V 1.0)in evaluating the sub-health condition of Xinjiang civil servants. Methods SHMS V 1.0 was used to evaluate the sub-health condition of 2 697 Xinjiang civil servants. Results Test-retest reliability,internal consistency reliability and Spearman-Brown split-half reliability.of SHMS V 1.0 were 0.71,0.93,and 0.84,respectively.As to construct validity of the scale,the item and dimension had relatively high correlation coefficient.About 64.37% of total variance could be explained by the eight factors which had relatively strong loading on relative dimensions,which was consistent with theoretical construct of the scale.Spearman correlation coefficient of the total scores of SHMS V 1.0 and SF-36 was 0.75(P0.001). Conclusion SHMS V 1.0 has relatively high reliability and validity,thus is suitable for evaluating sub-health condition of Xinjiang civil servants.
