Effect of Xintongning Capsule on hs-CRP in Coronary Artery Spasm with Yang-deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome

摘　　要：目的观察心痛宁胶囊治疗冠状动脉痉挛(CAS)阳虚血瘀证患者高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平。方法随机将64例CAS阳虚血瘀证的患者分为治疗组(36例)和对照组(28例)。治疗组服用心痛宁胶囊,每次5粒,每日3次;对照组口服盐酸贝尼地平(商品名:可力洛)4mg,每日1次。4周后对比两组治疗前后心绞痛程度半定量计分、硝酸甘油用量、心电图、hs-CRP水平变化。结果治疗组心绞痛程度半定量计分、硝酸甘油用量、hs-CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),但在改善心电图心肌缺血改变方面,与对照组无统计学意义。结论心痛宁胶囊治疗CAS阳虚血瘀证优于盐酸贝尼地平。Objective To investigate the effect of Xintongning capsule on high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）levels in coronary artery spasm（CAS） with yang-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods Sixty-four patients（pts） with CAS and yang-deficiency blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group（n=36） treated with Xintongning capsules and control group（n=28） treated with hydrochloride benidipine for 4 weeks.The semi-quantitative scores of angina,nitroglycerin consumption,electrocardiogram（ECG）,and hs-CRP levels were compared for two groups before and after treatment.Results The semi-quantitative scores of angina,nitroglycerin consumption,hs-CRP levels in the treatment group were lower than that in the control group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference in ECG of myocardial ischemia between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Xintongning capsule is better than hydrochloride benidipine for CAS with yang-deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.
