摘　　要：通过对河南农业大学经济与管理学院资料室原有状况的分析，从网络化管理、规章制度的完善、藏书结构的调整、硬件建设以及资料员业务水平的提高几个方面阐述经济与管理学院资料室管理的策略，从而为同等学校的资料室提供借鉴经验。参考文献3，表1。On the base of the analysis of the current situation of the reference room of our Economic and Manage- ment College, this paper elaborates the management tactics of the reference room from the aspects as follows： network management, improvement of rules and regulations, adjustment of collection structure, hardware construction and en- hancement of the professional level of documenters, and thus offers good experiences for the reference room of the colle- ges of the same type. 3Refs,1 Table.
