摘 要:测试分析了纯大豆蛋白纤维纱和大豆/氨纶包芯纱的蠕变及特征,分析描述了纱线黏弹体的基本模型,认为四元素模型能够比较准确地描述纯纱及大豆/氨纶包芯纱的蠕变过程,根据实测数据建立了纱线蠕变伸长的拟合方程,进一步分析得出了四元素模型的特征参数,深入研究了影响氨纶包芯纱蠕变性能的工艺因素.Pure soybean protein yarn and creep properties of soybean/spandex core-spun yarn were tested and analyzed. Basic model of yarn viscoelastic body was analyzed and described. It can be concluded that a four-element model can describe the creep process of pure soybean protein yarn and soybearr/spandex core-spun yarn more accurately. According to the measured data, the fitting equation of yarn creep elongation was built, and characteristic parameters of four-element model were got by further analysis. The pro- cessin,~ narameters which influence creep properties of soybearrCspandex core-spun yarn were studied and explained deeply and rationally.
