摘　　要：残疾人是中国社会弱势群体中困难最多、问题最突出的群体,需要政府和社会给予特殊的支持与帮助。通过对近年来我国大陆地区残疾人社会工作的相关文献回顾分析,从残疾人社会工作的视角、开展的可行性、内容及其介入模式等角度综述我国大陆地区残疾人社会工作研究成果,据此指出其存在的问题与缺陷,并提出相应解决措施,以构建和完善我国本土化残疾人社会工作体系,实现残疾人的福祉,促进社会的和谐发展。The disabled are the group of people with most difficulties among the vulnerable groups in China, to which the government and society should give special support and assistance. Through a literature review of the social works for the disabled in China's Mainland in recent years, the paper sums up the research findings from the perspectives, feasibility, content and intervention model of social works, then points out the existing problems and defects, and puts forward corresponding solutions, with the aim of establishing and perfecting China＇ s localized social work system for the disabled, improving their well-being, and promoting the establishment and development of a harmonious society.
