外伤性喉狭窄的CO_2激光治疗

摘　　要：利用 CO2 激光对 2 4例外伤后喉狭窄的患者在全麻支撑喉镜下切除瘢痕组织 ,大部分(87.5% ,2 1/2 4 )患者术后呼吸困难及发音功能明显改善 ,随诊 6个月至 4年 ,疗效稳定。表明 CO2Twenty four patients with laryngostenosis of laryngeal trauma were treated by endoscopic CO 2 laser operation from 1994 to 1998.There were 16 males and 8 females,ranging in age from 16 to 55 years.Among 24 patients,the localization of laryngostonsis was supraglottis in 5,glottis in 17(glottis combined supraglottis in 4,glottis combined subglottis in 3,glottis al[WT5,5”BZ]one in 10)and subglottis in 2.The result showed that 21 patients(21/24,87 5%)were successfully decannulated.The carbon dioxide laser was proved valuable treatment in patients with laryngostenosis of laryngeal trauma.
