积雪苷霜联合丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗阴囊湿疹的疗效和安全性评价

摘　　要：目的探讨积雪苷霜联合丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗阴囊湿疹的疗效和安全性。方法 62例阴囊湿疹患者随机分为治疗组(n=32)和对照组(n=30),治疗组以积雪苷霜联合丁酸氢化可的松软膏涂患处,两药分开各涂1次。对照组单用丁酸氢化可的松软膏,早晚各1次,治疗2周,随访2周,为期4周。通过比较各组症状评分情况及疗效评估两组的总有效率和不良反应发生率。结果治疗组与对照组的有效率分别为87.5%和90%,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组不良反应发生率分别为6.25%和23.33%,组间差异显著(P<0.01)。结论积雪苷霜联合丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗阴囊湿疹安全有效。objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of centella triterpenes cream combining with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment for scrotal eczema. Methods Sixty-two cases of scrotal eczema were randomly divided into treatment group（n=32） and control group（n=30）. Patients in treatment group were administered with centella triterpenes cream combining with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment once daily respectively, while patients in control group were only admini -stered with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment twice daily. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. The rates of effectiveness and adverse reactions in two groups were compared by symptom scores and subjective efficacy. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in two groups were 6.25% and 23.33% respectively （P 〈 0.01）, and the rates of effectiveness had no significant difference between two groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Centella triterpenes cream combining with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment is effective and safe for patients with scrotal eczema.
