摘　　要：目的评估新改良Epley法治疗后半规管良性发作性位置性眩晕(PC-BPPV)的疗效。方法选取2008年8月至2011年4月期间确诊为PC-BPPV并且无法进行常规Epley法复位治疗的患者共216例。采用我院新改良Epley法治疗并随访6个月。结果治疗当日76.39%患者痊愈(165例/216例),治疗1周后,痊愈者达82.41%(178例)。6个月随访期间,59例复发(复发率为27.31%)。结论新改良Epley法治疗PC-BPPV有效,耐受性良好,无严重不良反应。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of modified Epley procedure on posterior semi-circular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo （PC-BPPV）. Methods Totally 216 cases with PC-BPPV were treated by modified Epley procedure, and followed up for 6 months. Results After treatment for 1 day and 1 week, 165 cases and 178 cases （ 82.41% ） were cured respectively. However, recurrenced 39 cases were found during following six months. Conclusion Modified Epley procedure is an effective treatment method for PC-BPPV, and less serious adverse reaction occurred.
