摘　　要：办公自动化系统是一种适用于公司、企业、政府、事业单位的通用型Web应用软件,该系统包含了较为复杂业务功能。本文从软件架构设计入手,采用分层架构模式构建系统组件模型,然后对系统的工作流、功能模块进行设计,实现高职院校的办公自动化系统。Office automation system is applicable to a company,enterprise,government,institutions of the general Web application software.The system contains a complex business function.This article first to design software architecture, Using a layered architecture model construct system component model.And Then,Design to The workflow and the functional module.finally,The office automation system in Higher Vocational Colleges is realized.
