摘　　要：针对地下大直径深孔间隔装药微差爆破设计过程复杂、繁琐、低效、易出错的特点,应用Excel强大的计算统计功能和VBA自动化功能,通过调用函数、编写宏代码及设置控件,构建功能模块,开发了具有参数化数据输入、动态计算与统计、自动生成材料报表、爆破设计优化、自动查错功能的爆破设计表格系统;在凡口铅锌矿大直径深孔采矿实践应用中,表格系统能够快速准确实现爆破设计图的表格化,用于指导爆破现场的精细化施工,并且自动分类统计出爆破器材、单响药量等,取代手工计算,明显提高了设计效率和准确度、降低了工作强度,取得了良好的效果,可为其它间隔装药微差爆破设计提供借鉴。Focusing on the features of underground large-diameter longhole for interval charge millisecond blasting design process that is complex,cumbersome,inefficient and error-prone,with the use of the Excel of powerful calculate statistics function and VBA of automation function,the blasting design table system was developed,which consists of parametric input,dynamic calculation,automatically generate material statements,the blasting design optimization,automatic error-detection function,by calling functions,writing the macro code and setting the control to build modules.In practical application of large-diameter longhole mining in Fankou lead-zinc mine,the table system can make the blasting design drawing to become design table quickly and accurately,which is used to guide the blasting working for the fine construction,and automatically made classification statistics of Explosive Materials and Period of blasting explosive etc.It has replaced manual calculation,and obviously improved efficiency and accuracy,reduced the working intensity and achieved good effect,and also can provide reference for other interval charging millisecond blasting design.
