摘　　要：网络搜索表明,高校教师心理焦虑问题比较严重。在分析原因的基础上,从馆藏丰富、可提供便捷免费服务和适合高校教师特点三个方面论述图书馆缓解教师焦虑的可能性,并提出具体做法。Searching on the Internet shows that college teachers have great psychological anxiety. Based on an analysis of its causes, the present paper explores the possibility there is for the library with a large collection of books and accessible free services suitable for college teachers to help appease their anxiety and also suggests some specific methods.
