摘 要:介绍了节距190mm链轨节切边、冲孔复合模结构设计、工作原理、设备吨位选择及工艺参数计算等。该模具由模锻成形的热锻件在曲柄压力机的一次工作行程中,完成切边、冲孔2个工序,采用拉杆、U形板、模板和顶出器组成的顶出装置,保证了锻件毛坯切边、冲孔后能够及时与冲头、凹模分离。实际生产证明,该模具设计合理,能够满足锻件质量和批量生产的要求,且操作方便、安全可靠,降低了劳动强度和生产成本,减少了冲切步骤,生产效率与设备的利用率均提高了2倍。The structure design, work principle, equipment tonnage selection and process parameter calculation of the trimming- punching compound die for track link with pitch of 190 mm were introduced in this paper, The objective of the die was to complete the two procedures of trimming and punching in the each working stroke of the crank press. With the use of the ejection device, which includes draw bar, U-shape plate, mold plate and ejector, the forging blank could be separated from punch and die timely after trimming and punching. Proved in practice, the die design is reasonable, and the die can satisfy the requirement of forging quality and mass produce, besides, the operation is convenient, reliable and safe. The die reduces the labor intensity, cost and working process, and the production efficiency and the utilization ratio of the eauioment are increased by 2 times.
